Sharing thoughts on the Conservative Home website

The Conservative Home website can be found at this link. Conservative Home is a website for Conservative party activists.

The editor is Paul Goodman but they have a large number of guest posts from Conservative MPs, peers, members of think tanks and ordinary Party members. Our chairman Mohammed Amin is a regular contributor.

There are three things that you can do to get more involved:

Subscribe to the website

This is free and means that you will receive one email each working day with the top new stories. It is an easy way to stay informed. To subscribe click here.

Post comments.

Almost all stories and opinion pieces on Conservative Home allow readers to post comments. It is important that all shades of opinion within the Conservative Party are represented in comments, but presently there are very few comments posted by Muslims. The CMF website has some advice on how to write comments which you can read at this link.

Write opinion pieces.

We appreciate that not everyone will feel that they have something to say but amongst our members and supporters there will be some. It is a good way to start to get yourself noticed within the Conservative Party, and the only cost involved is your time.

It is the responsibility of all of us, Muslim and non-Muslim, to make this country a better place which in turn requires the Conservative Party to be a fountain of good ideas. This can only happen if you are willing to share your thoughts, and to put in the small amount of time required to do so.
